Butter Chicken is one of the most popular and well recognised North Indian dish. It is essentially chicken in a rich and creamy tomato gravy.
The trendy cooking show we follow from the UK, Sorted did a slow cook version of this late last year, so if you’re really short in time to prepare, you can use this recipe they posted here, just put everything in the slow cooker and leave it for 4 hours, by the time you come back food is ready! There might be other more authentic and tastier versions of this classic, but here’s a quick 30mins way to prepare your meal for tonight, Isaac’s take on Butter Chicken.
