I’m just gonna make this short and sweet. In light of my fitness goal, I want to share 3 healthy meals that you can replace your regular carbo meals with. I’ve been having these for the last 4 weeks and these are really yummy, easy to prepare and are packed with healthy ingredients, so try these out:

1. OmeletteĀ 
  • Eggs (2-3)
  • Low fat feta cheese
  • Tomato
  • Capsicum
  • Spinach
  • Smoked bacon if wanted
  • Basil leaves for garnish
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

2. Tuna Salad
  • Cucumber
  • Tomato
  • Carrot
  • Lettuce
  • Capsicum
  • Corn (just a bit)
  • Tuna in water
  • Olive oil or lemon
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


3. Sauteed Veggies & Beef
  • A bit of oil
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Capsicum
  • Beans
  • Carrots
  • Cabbage
  • Cauliflower
  • Sliced Beef
